this contract is one that I have used for years when developing a traveling drama team. It allows every member to know the ground rules.
Drama Team Contract
After you have discovered your team, ask team members to sign a contract. Following is a sample contract:
I, _________________________, am a part of _____________________. I realize that this is an important ministry within the life of our church. I will be early for all practices so I can begin preparing mentally and physically for rehearsals. I have agreed to the usual rehearsal time. I will arrive early for all road trips, recognizing that when it?s time to leave, we will leave promptly. I recognize __________________ as the director of this drama team. I know the vision of the team, and I will enthusiastically seek to be a part of the fulfillment of that vision. I realize this commitment is ___________________ . I will discuss all ideas for material blocking or casting during a time other than the prescribed rehearsal time. I agree to whole-heartedly participate in this ministry from _________ to _____________ (dates).
