    you can't stop the music

    Music and poetry are transcendent. —it takes on a life of it’s own.  It sticks in the recesses of our mind in ways that are irrevocable.  They define moments-  passing moments, tragic moments, moments of joy and ecstasy and moments of sorrow.  You can’t evict music from memory.  It stubbornly hangs on and defines our struggle.
