4 to approach it with transparency and honesty. (the church is made for broken people.)
Take seriously the trust and the mission of the church. It is a defining moment for the church. Who are you? The is sin and consequences and there is grace. Both are important. Each situation is unique though.
Why are leaders vulnerable?

Ministers are often safe, merciful, and also prone to be empty emotionally from time to time.

We don't think about our spouse is bawling on the floor. We don't think about all the consequences of the end of the story. In this path there's so much pain that it's hard to see the restoration. Don't say maybe.
There are seasons when you are close and others where you don't feel the intimacy.
Five Rs of resisting
Remember who you are!
Recognize the consequences of your actions.
Rededicate you ministry to God. Stop, drop, and pray.
Reveal your struggle to a trusted friend.
Remove yourself from the situation.
We are all called to life a life worthy of Christ.
All of us are tempted.
We often shoot our wounded.
